Minnie and Mickey love when Jen comes to visit. They often run away from visitors - but Minnie, who is usually timid, jumps up to chat to Jen. Mickey loves getting pats from Jen.
Jen always leaves a lovely note, the cat area is spotless and if it is 'bin night' Jen takes out/brings in the bins too.
I love how Jen sends photos of Minnie and Mickey while she is looking after them.

Carer Kristen has known our younger cat for the past 3 1/2 years. The older cat always remembers Kristen and understands that she is caring for him while the main family carer (myself) is away. Kristen has cared for the older cat since he was a kitten (from 2012 or thereabouts). This latest booking was the first time that all family members were away from the property leaving the two cats on their own. All went well :)

Tanya has cared for my cat a number of times and I have always been very satisfied with her care and also her keeping contact with me while I'm away. But I don't meet her so don't know about presentation or punctuality!

Amanda kindly sent texts and photos (and a video) of Pinocchio being fed and petted, which gave us peace of mind. She genuinely likes looking after him.

I have used Marina quite a few times and have always found her to be reliable and punctual. I feel very comfortable leaving my cat with her, which is extremely important to me given that my cat is very timid.

Jane does an excellent job caring for our cat Alfie. She spends time with him after attending to his food and water and he loves this because he is very social! She always sends an update after the first visit and then later during the care period. Alfie is always super chill and relaxed when we get home so we know he has been well cared for! Thanks Jane ??

Marina has been looking after my crew of pets (of the dog and cat variety) for a few years now and we couldn't be happier. She does everything we need with ease (there are often small changes and medications etc) and the dogs LOVE her. We couldn't travel the way we do without Lonely Pets Club and Marina. Amanda has always been there and checks in with me. I love how she sends me pics and videos of the cats. I can trust that she does what is required. I can't comment nor rate the first 3 questions because it is not my first booking and do not need to see her.
